1. Two licenses, your choice

CRgraM Cloud is dual-licensed. AGPL-3.0 Community Edition (free, open source) or Commercial Managed Edition (paid subscription). See licensing page for details.

2. Your responsibilities

  • Comply with the Telegram Terms of Service, API Terms, and Content Licensing Terms. We are not responsible for actions Telegram takes against your account.
  • You are responsible for your Telegram credentials and AI API keys.
  • Do not modify CRgraM Cloud to bypass the group-size cap or ingest public channels.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or re-host as a service to multiple organizations.

3. Billing

Monthly or annual subscription via Stripe. One-time onboarding fee charged at signup. 30-day money-back guarantee on first month. Founding customer discounts honored for the life of the account.

4. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from billing settings or by emailing billing@crgram.com. Access continues until end of paid period. On termination, your VPS continues running the last version received. Your data is yours — export anytime.

5. Warranty disclaimer

CRGRAm CLOUD IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

6. Limitation of liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Telegram

CRgraM Cloud is not affiliated with Telegram. "Telegram" is a trademark of Telegram FZ-LLC. You are solely responsible for compliance with Telegram's terms.
