Telegram CRM · Your data, your server
The CRM that lives in your Telegram.
Indexes your Telegram history, flags what's slipping, and ranks who to message today.
Runs on your own server. Your database and Telegram session stay on your VPS. You bring your own AI key.
The problem
Telegram is where the relationship lives.
But the system to manage it doesn't.
Spreadsheets don't track chats. CRMs built for email don't fit Telegram. Note apps can't search your messages. So warm leads go cold and the people you met last week disappear into the scroll.
You forgot who you met
80 people at a conference. Two weeks later they're buried under group chats and memes. You can't even remember who was new.
Leads die in silence
A warm intro goes quiet for two weeks. Nobody flags it. By the time you notice, the opportunity's gone cold.
Chats mingle into noise
Conferences, deals, recruiting, support: one undifferentiated list. Nothing's grouped by event. Nothing ranks by what's slipping.
What is CRgraM?
CRgraM is a private, open-source CRM built specifically for Telegram. It reads the history you import, plus live messages after you connect, and uses AI to summarize chats, extract facts like prices and payment terms, track relationship states, and draft replies in the chat's language and context. No manual data entry: it builds itself from your Telegram history. It runs on your own VPS, where your messages, Telegram session, and AI keys stay. When remote AI is enabled, selected context is sent to the provider you choose. It is AGPL-3.0 licensed, with a managed beta at $99/month. You bring your own AI key ($35–60/month typical); calls go directly from your VPS to the vendor: no proxy, no markup.
How it works
Three steps. Your history stays yours.
Upload your Telegram export
Export from Telegram Desktop → upload JSON. Full history browsable the same day, before any AI runs.
Connect live Telegram
QR login. CRgraM maps contacts to real user IDs. New messages sync live, in parallel with AI backfill.
AI backfill runs gradually
Paste your AI key (Z.AI or Anthropic). Summaries, opportunities, and partner states fill in gradually, at a pace that depends on your history size and provider quota. Metered cost, often around $35–60/mo.
Feature 01
AI summaries + draft replies.
Open any chat and see: where things stand, what's broken, what's overdue. The AI reads the thread in context and tells you the next move.
It drafts your reply, in the chat's language and context. You review, hit send. Always your click.
Feature 02
Wake up to who needs you today.
Every morning, a ranked list of who to message and what's slipping. Not "unread badges", actual relationship intelligence: who's going cold, who you promised something, who owes you money.
Filter by state: hot, cold, stuck, dead. Click any name to jump straight to the conversation.
Feature 03
Track every relationship.
Not "Lead → Qualified → Won." Real states: Hot, Active, Stuck, Cold, Bring Back, Dead.
See every partner at a glance: CPA, volume, open balance, last activity. AI assigns states. You override anytime.
Also in the box
The rest of the toolkit.
Instant search + filters
One search box across messages, AI summaries, contacts, and partners: results as you type, filters for state and date. No more scrolling one chat at a time.
Fact memory
CPA, payment terms, open balances, pulled from the thread. Promises, opportunities, and payment signals cited to the source message.
Folders that follow your states
CRgraM proposes folder moves from relationship states (hot, stuck, cold), applied on your approval, so the sorting you already use stays current.
Nothing slips silently
Broken promises and stuck deals flagged automatically, and scrubbing disputes flagged straight from the conversation, before the relationship goes quiet.
Why CRgraM is different
Your database and Telegram session stay on your VPS.
Every other CRM wants your conversations in their cloud. CRgraM runs on your VPS. Your Telegram session, your messages, and your AI keys stay on infrastructure you control. When remote AI is enabled, selected context is sent to the provider you choose.

Notify me →The obvious question
"But I already use Telegram folders."
Folders are great for sorting. CRgraM is for everything folders can't do: reading, remembering, and telling you what to do next.
Folders and CRgraM work together: keep your folders, let CRgraM do the thinking.
Questions
Before you apply.
I already use Telegram folders. Why do I need this?
Folders sort chats into boxes, that's all. You still open each one, remember the context, notice who's gone quiet, and recall what you agreed. CRgraM reads the threads you import and your live messages, remembers the facts and the relationship state, and hands you a ranked list of who to message. Folders organize. CRgraM thinks.
Doesn't Telegram have search?
It does, but it only matches exact words in raw messages. CRgraM gives you instant keyword search with filters across messages, AI summaries, contacts, and the facts it extracted (prices, terms, user IDs), so "the Q3 deal that went quiet" is findable from what the AI already wrote down about it.
Why not just keep a spreadsheet?
Spreadsheets don't read your chats. You hand-type every entry, they go stale within a week, and they can't search the actual messages. CRgraM builds itself from your Telegram (zero data entry) and stays live as new messages arrive.
My unread badge tells me what needs attention.
Unread is noise, not signal. A read chat can still be a lead going cold; an unread meme isn't a priority. CRgraM ranks by relationship state and urgency, not by whether there's a blue dot next to the name.
I don't have that many chats.
Most people underestimate. Export your Telegram and count the 1:1s and small groups from the last six months: it's usually hundreds. You don't need CRgraM at 20 chats. You absolutely do at 200.
Will this get my Telegram banned?
No. CRgraM is read-only ingest + user-initiated sends. AI drafts, you click send. Channels blocked, groups capped at 100. In the founder's own use, no bans across 1.3M+ messages of continuous live sync. Full TOS analysis →
Can I audit the source code?
Yes. AGPL-3.0, with the full source published at launch, every line: session handling, AI calls, telemetry, encryption. Follow on GitHub →
What's BYOK?
You paste your own Z.AI API key (an Anthropic key is optional, for vision and deep passes). Your VPS calls the AI vendor directly: we never see the key, the prompt, or the response. $35–60/mo typical cost.
Can I self-host?
Yes. Free under AGPL. Clone the repo, configure, run. You handle infrastructure, updates, and troubleshooting. The managed beta option handles all of that for you.
What if you shut down?
Your VPS keeps running. Your data is yours. AGPL means the code is forever: the community can fork and maintain it. You're never locked in.
Case study
80 conference contacts. Two weeks later, a blur.
My dealflow lives in Telegram. After Affiliate World Lisbon I had ~80 new chats: people I'd met, things I'd promised, leads I meant to work. Ten days later they were buried under everything else. I let CRgraM read the backlog and rank the follow-ups.
"It flagged the ones going cold, surfaced the promises I'd made, and told me exactly who to message Monday morning. Three turned into real conversations. Without it, I'd have forgotten they existed."
