Privacy Policy

The short version

We never see your Telegram data. Each customer runs on their own VPS. Your messages, contacts, summaries, and AI keys all live exclusively on your server. We cannot read them.

The only data we receive is health-only telemetry (if you opt in) and business data when you sign up (name, email, billing via Stripe).

What we collect

• Account data. Name, email, billing (processed by Stripe — we never see card numbers).
• Telemetry (opt-in). VPS UUID, version, uptime, error category counts. No message content, contact names, or chat data.
• Support correspondence. Retained 24 months after last interaction.

What we don't collect

• Telegram messages, contacts, summaries, or attachments.
• AI prompts or responses.
• Your Telegram session or credentials.
• Your LLM API key.

Your Telegram data lives on your VPS. Backups are encrypted with your passphrase — we hold ciphertext only.

Sub-processors

Stripe (payments), Backblaze B2 (encrypted backup storage), Hetzner/Fly.io (VPS), Resend (email). Your VPS also uses Z.AI or Anthropic (your choice, your direct relationship).

Access, correct, delete, export your data. Email hello@crgram.com. We respond within 30 days.
