QR login from your phone, or phone + SMS + 2FA. Session saved on your VPS, encrypted. You register your own api_id at my.telegram.org — we never share or pool credentials.
Step 02 · ~2 min
Paste your AI key
Bring your own Z.AI or Anthropic API key. Default: glm-4.7 workhorse at $0.60/$2.20 per M tokens. Your VPS calls the AI vendor directly. No proxy, no markup. Typical ongoing cost: ~$20/mo.
Step 03 · optional, 30-90 min
Backfill from export
Telegram Desktop → Export → JSON. HTTPS-upload to your VPS. 1M+ messages in an hour. AI enrichment over 24-48 hours. Day 1: full history browsable. Day 7: every work chat has a summary, opportunities, and partner state.
